Art Studio - Themed Classes and Ceramics
Come and check out the exciting projects we have going in our Art Studio. Classes are great for kids or adults and our staff will assist you with the instruction and materials you need. Special classes for seniors. Groups or party rates are available; we can also do small groups such as birthday parties, scout troops or clubs.
Monthly Classes - themes vary by month
Each month we have a new craft to be learned. Over the past few months we have explored the computer, made a market basket, and planted an herb garden, which has led to a garden club here at Friendly House.
May 2008: Flower arranging classes
June 2008: Cake decorating classes
For a minimal fee you could learn the basics and find out if you would like to continue and become more involved in a craft on your own.
Ceramics
Do you enjoy working on ceramic pieces? Friendly House offers a wide array of pieces and molds in our art studio for you to choose from. Make great gifts from our huge selection. Whether you need to stay active or want to express your artistic flare, ceramics are for you! Learn to make a piece with your own special touches. Work at your own pace... Pick out your own piece.... Come have fun!
