Friendly House offers after school care for children K-5. Children participate in group and individual activities, receive homework help and enjoy enrichment and recreational activities.

Transportation from select schools is available. The program operates Monday - Friday, beginning when children are out of school until 6:00 p.m. Dates of operation are the first day of school until the last day of school (which may differ for balanced/academic calendars).

The fee is $20 per week per student if transportation is provided by Friendly House. The fee is $17 per week per student if transportation is not needed. The Friendly House after school program is licensed for 60 children and meets all licensing requirements by the State of Iowa.
