If you are a resident of Scott County, the Scott County Kids Early Childhood Iowa Preschool
Scholarship Program may help pay preschool costs. With funding by Scott County Kids Early Childhood Iowa, the program
is designed to help families with a portion of their child’s preschool
expenses. Parents must choose one of the approved preschools. The program is administered by Friendly House. The Preschool Scholarship Program
can pay for
six to 25 hours per week
of preschool for qualifying children
(based upon income).
Children three to five years qualify, but priority will be given to four
and five year olds who have not previously attended preschool.

- Redeemer Preschool
- Rivermont Collegiate
- St. Ambrose University Children's Campus
- Scott County Family Y Palmer Child Care Center
- Scott County Family Y Learning Center
- Shining Light Learning Center
- Skip-A-Long Child Development Services
- Westside Christian Day Care
