Community Room Rental:
  • 40’ x 60’ room
  • Equipped with tables, chairs, and a kitchen
  • Perfect for gatherings of 50-150 people
The room can be divided in half to make two smaller rooms.  Sorry, no alcohol is allowed in our facility.  The cost is $55/hour, with a $100 security deposit. This is an ideal location for larger gatherings, such as church meetings, recitals, luncheons, and parties.

Gym Rental:
  • 62’ x 101’ gymnasium
  • Basketball court is 84’ x 50’(regulation high school court)
  • Volleyball court is 60’ x 30’ (regulation volleyball court)
  • Sorry, no food in this area
The cost is $60/hour.  This is a perfect location for basketball and volleyball teams or leagues.

Pavilion:
An outdoor pavilion, conveniently located in the back of our facility on city property, is also available for your use.  This is a perfect location for parties or picnics.  The pavilion is free to use, open to the public, and available on a first come—first serve basis.


​We have tenant rental space available, if you need additional office space and/or storage for your business. 
  • One option is an which is 1400 sq. ft. with 4 offices, storage, a lobby with reception area, 2 restrooms, separate entrance/exit.  Utilities (electric & water) are included. 
  • Another option is office space that is approximately 11X11.  Two are available.  Each has a window and locking door. Electric is included in the price of rent.
