In accordance with federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, creed, marital status, familial status, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, religion, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activities.
The regulations provide that people who feel that they or others have been the object of discrimination by a child care center, contrary to the provisions of the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Public Law 88-352), as amended, and regulations of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (45 Code of Federal Regulations--Part 80), may file a complaint.
