The Friendly House food pantry is open to Davenport residents living west of Brady Street, south of Kimberly Road to 8th Street and east of Division Street.
The food pantry is open Monday- Friday from 11am-1pm.
Photo I.D. and proof of current address (such as a utility bill stub or rent receipt) are requested to receive food. You may receive assistance through the food pantry every thirty days.

Personal Hygiene Items (Shampoo, Conditioner, Deoderant, Razors, Shaving Cream, Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Etc.)

It is the policy of Friendly House to provide services to all eligible persons regardless of race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, ancestry, familial status, marital status, age physical disability, mental disability, gender identity, sexual orientation and any other class that is protected by federal, state or local law. Eligibility for the program is based on a first come first served basis and the availability of a space for the child in the program.
The regulations provide that people who feel that they or others have been the object of discrimination by a child care center, contrary to the provisions of the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Public Law 88-352), as amended, and regulations of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (45 Code of Federal Regulations--Part 80), may file a complaint. All complaints will be investigated and appropriate action taken when indicated. Inquiries should be directed to the Iowa Civil Rights Commission at (515) 281-4121.
