Terry Hendershott
Executive Director
Terry is the 7th Executive Director in the history of Friendly House. He joined the staff in March 1999 and became Executive Director in 2021. Terry obtained his Master's Degree in Youth and Human Service Administration from the University of Northern Iowa and earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology from William Penn College. Terry is married with four children.

Renee Rankin
Business Manager
Renee joined Friendly House in January 1983. Along with daily Business Manager duties, she also administers the Childcare Scholarship and Preschool Scholarship Programs. Renee attended the University of Iowa. She has a husband, two daughters and five grandchildren.

Jen Greer
Administrative Services Supervisor
Jen joined Friendly House in May 2006 as an Evening & Weekend Receptionist. She was promoted to Administrative Assistant in 2014. In addition to greeting every person that walks in with a friendly smile, she coordinates all building rentals as well. Jen is married with two children.

Roger joined Friendly House in January 2002. He oversees all aspects of our facilities and maintenance needs. Roger attended Scott Community College and Blackhawk College during his Patternmaker Apprenticeship. He is a lifetime resident of Rock Island where he lives with his wife and three children.

Lisa joined Friendly House in November 2008 as the CACFP Supervisor. She has over 30 years' experience in the childcare field. Lisa and her husband, Kevin, live in Rock Island.
